Phoenix Business Profile Integration
Phoenix Physiotherapy uses this private administrative application to connect its verified Google Business Profile locations with the official Phoenix Physiotherapy website.
Purpose of the application
The application allows authorized Phoenix Physiotherapy administrators to retrieve business information and customer reviews belonging to Phoenix Physiotherapy’s verified Google Business Profile locations. The information is used to display current ratings and selected customer feedback on the Phoenix Physiotherapy website and to help authorized staff monitor feedback received by the clinics.
Google information accessed
With the authorization of a Google Business Profile Owner or Manager, the application may access:
- Phoenix Physiotherapy Business Profile accounts and locations
- Location names and identifiers
- Customer reviews and star ratings
- Review dates and reviewer information supplied by Google
- Overall rating and total review count
- Phoenix Physiotherapy’s public replies to reviews, where available
The application does not request access to personal Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, calendars or unrelated Google Account information.
How the information is used
Google Business Profile information is used only for Phoenix Physiotherapy’s own verified clinic locations. Review information may be displayed on the Phoenix Physiotherapy website with appropriate Google attribution and links.
Phoenix Physiotherapy does not sell Google user information or use it for behavioural advertising.
Access and security
Only authorized Phoenix Physiotherapy Leadership or website administrators may connect or refresh the Business Profile integration. Access is protected through WordPress authentication and role-based authorization.
Authorization can be withdrawn through the Google Account permissions page or disconnected by an authorized Phoenix administrator.
