Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy for orthopedic, neurological, sports, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
• Valid professional registration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience is preferred, but motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude.
• Manage appointments, phone calls, and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Maintain patient records and handle billing/payment entries.
• Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Keep the reception area organized and presentable.

Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Assamese (preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
